Damn. you beat me to it. I was thinking the same thing. It looked to much like one of Dave's plots to increase the forum count... http://www.musicplayer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Somebody should start a "Your favorite forum moderator" thread.

Whoops, sorry, that should be "Your favorite keyboard forum moderator" http://www.musicplayer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

That;s funny, Rod - my old one was a 17" as well. Yours wasn't by chance the graphite one that's made by Apple, was it? I'm so bummed - I've never had a monitor even blink funny at me before...I have one that's over 15 years old. This one was 18 months old. !@&*&^%$#$%^&

And, of course, I had JUST finished a week-long project, and was rebooting the computer to burn the final CD-ROMs when it blew, so of course I couldn't see anything to burn 'em. How friggin' frustrating was THAT....I came this close to missing my deadline.

Dave - I'm a PC guy. My previous monitor was a mag innovision 17"... lasted 3 years. It was a good monitor and a decent brand. My previous one lasted 6 (CTX I think), but it was starting to fade, technically it still worked. I figured by the time I have to change again the flat panels will be affordable.
