RecreationalThinker
This may not be the proper forum in which to ask this question, but I thought I would throw it out here since I have encountered so many wise and insightful participants here: I am looking for a forum or group which deals with the interpersonal aspects of working with musicians. Generally, I would like advice and strategies on how to deal with "ego", disparity of goals, lack of focus and other issues which tend to get in the way of being productive in a musical environment. Any and all suggestions are welcome. ------------------ What's on, your mind? I'm not a "people" person, I'm a "thing" person.
Anderton
I have two ways of dealing with "problem children." If their participation is crucial to the success of a project, I do whatever it takes to get them to participate. Then I do my best not to have anything to do with them in the future. If their participation is not crucial, then I do my best not to have anything to do with them at all!
