saucyjack Posted October 1, 2002 Share Posted October 1, 2002 Last nite while saving some mixes to the Masterlink,I got a something error 28(?) readout and machine froze up.It had been working fine and had no problems until last nite.Since the machine was locked up I powered down then up again and readout said "no OS,install OS".So I DL ed the most recent OS update and installed on Masterlink.This seemed to work but had to reformat my HD thus lost archived mixes which is a pain in the ass. Any one have any insight why or what happened? Anyone had a similar problem? Can I prevent it from happening again?
