felix stein
Has anyone heard the details of his son's drowning? That guy has had some life. No one deserves that. felix's band
Steve LeBlanc
It wasn't Tommy's Son...it was the son of a friend who was there for Tommy Lee's son's birthday party. http://www.youtube.com/notesleb
DrummerCafe
Steve is correct. Regardless of who you are, famous or not, losing a child has got to be an awful experience. A friend of mine died last Thursday from a heart-attack; he was only 48 years old. He had been playing some basketball with his son when he just frozen up and fell to the floor. He wasn't over-weight and had a healthy diet, and yet his life was cut short without warning. I played drums for his funeral service yesterday. During the service, a video (slide show) was played showing photos from his life. When I saw an old photo of my friend holding his baby son (now 20) ... I lost it. The thought of me leaving my baby son (now 13 months) without a daddy really tore me up. Live each day as if it's your last; you never know what tomorrow will bring.
