getz out
That's what I figured. Before you go and buy a whole bunch of new gear, go set everything FLAT and start from there. Try CUTTING frequencies before you boost frequencies. Do a search on EQing. Find a clinic on it: http://www.musicplayer.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=5;t=005869
xvincex
Though changing my head to a power amp (which is 1300 more watts) wouldn't cost very much since I already have my preamp (RBI) and I wouldn't have a single chance to clip.

I actually want a tube-like with slight distortion sound. Just wondering. That is what the RBI was designed to do, emulate a tube sound and drive a power amp. xvincex
Alexander: So I guess the final result would be something like this? http://www.thepayback.qchc.com/caca/untitled.JPG Or could I just plug the SansAmp's output in the tuner's Input and that's all ? getz out
No. The "output" to the cabinet looks like it's actually an input. To the right, those Speak-on cables... that's the output you should send to the cabinet.
dixondave
If you are looking at the Fenders amps I can say that I am very happy with the 800 Pro amp I bought fron them about 6 months ago. Built like a tank though (very heavy) but gobs of power. Right now using 2X10's and 15 and will soon be adding another 2X10.
