ibescotty
U2 - Joshua Tree - Had a hankering for it. Don't know why. I particularly like "With or Without You". Bono's got a great voice. Rush - Vapor Trails - This is really growing on me. So far I'm really into Ceiling Unlimited and Secret Touch for some reason. This changes regularly because there's so much to absorb. For me anyways. Beatles - Let it be - Stripped. I like the changes and I like this album all over again. Well that's what's in the CD changer right now. jreed
Vic Wooten Yin and Yang. Some really good songs on it. I picked it up to hear some more of him. I havent hear a lot from him, but, what I heard was really good. This seems a little less of the slap I first heard. Still good stuff, but, not quite what I expected. What would be a good ablum of his to hear? More like 'Me and my bass guitar'? jreed jreed00@dcemail.com

ibescotty
Yeah I like ghost rider as well. The Chorus in that song is really strong. I've been losing my mind over the druming in Secret Touch for some reason. It's not astounding or anything but I found myself wanting to pump my hand on some of the accents. Then there's that Guitar riff in the bridge. Wow!! Floats my boat. Double Posting since March 2002 Random Post Generator #26797

_Sweet Willie_
Currently enjoying music from two of our own: Blinded by Vision, Clatter (ClatterAmy) Dopecore, Cottonmouth DN (CMDN) I will post reviews later today or tomorrow. Both CDs rock hard (although in different ways). I've listened to each CD one time thru, and will give them each at least one more spin before reviewing. However, it's not too early for me to give mad props to Erik and Amy now. Peace. --sweet'n'low spreadluv Fanboy? Why, yes! Nordstrand Pickups and Guitars. Messiaen knew how to parlay the funk. SteveC
I have heard them a lot on XM72. I bought a "Best of" and their new one this weekend. Some fun bass parts. Gonna try to learn some. I don't know if I will ever perform them as it's tough to find people into that kind of stuff around here, but still very fun to listen to and work on. doc taz
More video game music: the CD audio to Shadow Warrior , from the guys that brought us Duke Nukem 3d. Some of my old mp3.com promo discs. I have six of these, including the vol. 1-4 discs. Each disc contains around ten genres or so of music, so it's like having 60-70 albums worth of stuff to listen to. sevenstring.org profile my flickr page
