Wewus432
HERE , I tried it a while ago and it works. I guess the person with the cellphone still incurs the text message charge, which is what 5 cents, 10 cents? I don't know, never really used that feature. Does it cost to recieve a text message? AudioMaverick
I use Verizon. The text charge is 2 cents per message. Usually works. Somethimes doesn't... "It's all about the... um-m-m, uh-h-h..."
offramp
I was doing this back in '99 with my old AT&T cellphone. Generally, yes...it costs the person receiving the message. I've upped my standards; now, up yours.
Gus Lozada
I got it with www.telcel.com in Mexico. I can receive messages from all around the world, and I pay a fixed 8 dollars/month for all the messages. If I'm out of Mexico they cost a little more, extra from the fixed price. theblue1
One of my friends started getting text message adverts over his phone. He was paying 2c a piece for the pleasure of being notified and then having to delete them. I can't remember why he put up with it.
