ITGITC
"Apple has to admit they messed up and made a battery that doesn't last very long and doesn't have the ability to be easily replaced," said Gopal Dayaneni, director of sustainable technology program at Silicon Valley Toxics Coalition. "Failure to do so is evidence of their environmental irresponsibility it's a company that doesn't take into account environmental design as much as cosmetics." "Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and that which cannot remain silent." - Victor Hugo
Valkyrie Sound
Nice.... but the settlement is only good for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Gen Ipods... Mine is a 4th Gen. After about 7 months and all sorts of complaints to Apple they finally replaced my 40GB Black and White ipod with a 60GB Color ipod. Cool.... but it was a HUGE fight to get them to admitt there was a problem with my unit.
