It's by backup drive for biz and personal data, music for every possible event(AAC rocks!!!), phone book, addresses, you name it. I got a 40g gen 3 used for $200 with a dock, best money I ever spent. I paid about that for my 30 gig Zen. I love it, and it's saved my but in the backup department as well. Cool stuff! The concept is great and I don't mind 'renting' music, but getting the thing to work is another story. Its been two weeks of customer service, forums and firmware updates trying to get songs to transfer to my player. Still not working. Very frustrating. I'll get there eventually.
