J.F.N.
I'm using an iPad 8G in my keyboard lab for among things practice, and sometimes the recordings (streaming) are for some reason out of pitch, guessing they used varispeed for the track which was not very uncommon, but still is utterly annoying. You guys probably have already been in this situation, and I know many of us use iPads for a bunch of things. So, anyone of you fellas out there know about some type of realtime pitch correction plugin for the audio output in iOS? Quote "You live every day. You only die once." cassdad
If I’m correctly understanding the problem, what I do is simply raise or lower the tuning on my keyboard to match the recording. Quote Ludwig van Beethoven: “To play a wrong note is insignificant; to play without passion is inexcusable.” My Rig: Yamaha MOXF8 (used mostly for acoustic piano voices); Motion Sound KP-612SX & SL-512; Apple iPad Pro (5th Gen, M1 chip); Apple MacBook Pro 2021 (M1 Max chip). That's an option, but not an answer to my question... 🤪 Quote "You live every day. You only die once." Where is Major Tom? - - - - - PC3, HX3 w. No artifacts or other wonkiness. also, make sure your sample rate is correct. if the song seems almost a 1/2 step off, that is often some mix up between 44.1k and 48k being reported correctly.
