Pasta: cavitappi Solids: shrimp, Campari tomatoes, sliced button mushrooms, onion, garlic Liquids: pasta water, white wine, lemon juice, the innards from my sliced tomatoes, unsalted butter, EVOO, and shredded merlot Bellevitano cheese.
