Jon Doe
I just rented a new place. Old house built in 1934 on 1 acre with 2 outbuildings. $1k per month. One of the out buildings was used by the previous tenant to make custom native American furniture. Get this: It has a main wood sliding door entrance (like a barn)that is 4.5 feet wide. An open interior that is 18ft. by 24ft. It has a 150 amp service entrance that has five 20 amp circuits supplying 20 (YES 20) outlets. Boys and girls, it seems I have the dream Band Shack. It doesn't have a wet bar yet, but prolly will very shortly. No signature required.
