There's a pizza parlor in Orlando FL (Lazy Moon) that offers a list of ingredients to "build your own pizza" So I tried this: Pesto sauce base Feta Cheese Mozzarella Cheese Basil Roma Tomatoes We think the crust was pita bread not pizza dough. My go-to pizza is tomato sauce, pepperoni, red onions, minced garlic and coarsely chopped mushrooms with mozzarella, a touch of shredded cheddar and a modest amount of goat cheese. Essentially, they cooked a pizza crust naked, and then slathered it with cream cheese while still warm, adding red onions, capers and nova lox.
