Used to use Soundflower? What are you using now?

When you need to record from one app to another what are you using on macOS?

I used to use soundflower, I have used AudioHijack (they have some nice software).  

I saw this today, VB Cable. But I am not sure it records a stereo signal, one might need their A+B cable drivers?  

 

Success stories?  Fan of something else?

I've wondered about post-Catalina options as well...very helpful. I see a Windows version is coming, too. Good times!
