ElmerJFudd
I"m trying to imagine what the latency feels like and how they managed to keep it low with low jitter. The note on/off info should be fairly quick compared to streaming audio. Will give it a try. Quote Yamaha CP88, Casio PX-
Reezekeys
Trying it now, using my Roland midi controller. The latency is surprisingly low (but noticeable) considering I have a terrible internet connection. I gather the latency gets worse with other people playing (it's just me right now). It's kinda toy-like with a Guitar Hero-looking vertical scrolling piano roll. A one-layer sample set, but velocity maps to volume so there's a semblance of dynamics. It could have a bit of a fun factor but has one serious flaw - it doesn't respond to a sustain pedal! Maybe that'll get added later.
