My main beef with ALL the factory Kronos piano's is that that sustain is very unnaturally short. It seems that immediately after a key is stuck, the note dies away too fast. I find myself over-pedaling the sustain-pedal just keep the sound.... well......sustaining. Very un-natural when comparing the Kronos to a real grand piano.

I have a Roland FA - a fair contrast to Kronos pianos.

The FA pianos have a quicker strike and sustain

My solution is work velocity curve in Global for Kronos.

It might not get you close enough, possibly worth a try if you want to consider Kronos in the future

Why fit in, when you were born to stand out ?

I understand the feeling or sensation of acoustic piano sustain when practicing.

What I discovered, is that the sampled or modeled, or whatever digital acoustic pianos record beautifully

along with other instruments.

To have an excellent recording is my priority. Context will vary
