Local Blues DJ Gary "the Wagman" Wagner blew me away on Sunday with Charles Brown singing a medley of "Merry Christmas Baby" and "Please Come Home for Christmas" from a Bullseye Records Christmas Complilation CD.

What was extra cool was it seemed the only accompaniment was a superbly played gospel-y Hammond. Don't know if it was Charles on the keys but it was fantastic.

Yamaha CP73; 145 gig Leslie; Nord Electro 61; Oberheim OB3^2; Wurlitzer 200A; Ampeg Gemini I amp; Speakeasy Leslie preamp; QSC K-10
