Synthoid
Yes sir. I posted that pic awhile ago when we had that "unusual and rare synth" tread. zeronyne
This would annoy me beyond belief to play. "For instance" is not proof.

Markay
More on the history HERE Funny this should come up 2 days after 2 forumites were driving through the suburb of Fairlight and were discussing the very same synth. Markay
Funny this should come up 2 days after 2 forumites were driving through the suburb of Fairlight There's a boat and a suburb? Yep Fairlight is a harbourside suburb next to Manly. Manly Ferries were named after ocean beach suburbs near Manly. Hydrofoils were introduced as faster alternative for those who wanted to cut their commute to the city centre, Circular Quay, from 45 minutes to 15 minutes. One of the first hydrofoils was named after the suburb Fairlight. The hydrofoils have since been replaced by other craft to reduce wash impact and high operating costs. Also of interest is the fact that this pioneering musical instrument was developed with funding from the Australian government.
