Heartbeat Posted January 12, 2016 Share Posted January 12, 2016 Today I tried to update my NE-3 and my NS2 with the latest OS's. Ran Nord Sound Manager first and backed up both units. Downloaded latest OS for both units from Nord site, and using the same USB cable for both, tried to run the EXE file to perform the updates. Immediately got an error message saying " can't communicate with unit" or something like that. USB driver is 3.0 running Windows 7 Pro. Any ideas?
