desertbluesman
I just sold my Gallien Kruegar ML250 Micro Lead amp. I have been trying to sell it for 3 or 4 years on Craigslist. I advertised it every weekend for at least that long. I got what I was asking $250. I paid $550 for it in the late 1980's. I used it for years as a practice unit. It still worked well. It goes to show you that persistence pays off, and if you are not in a hurry to sell, someday it will go, you gotta just keep on tryin..... The same thing happened with my Gibson Les Paul Custom and my 2003 Gibson Faded SG with half moon inlays and ebony fingerboard. Both took years to sell. But persistence paid off and I got what I was asking on both of those too. Now I am down to 4 guitars and 3 amps. One more amp to go before I pull the trigger on a Rivera Clubster which is a perfect little 25 watt tube amp. dbm If it sounds good, it is good !! http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=143231&content=music
Larryz
Glad you got what you feel your equipment was worth and I'm sure you still managed to give the buyers a fair price...don't forget to give us a review on that Rivera Clubster... Take care, Larryz
