TrapperJack
Youtube has quite a bit of material from the UK organist, James Taylor. He is well regarded, plays many festivals in Europe, and has a key teaching position in an organ lab in an English Uni. James has a "modern, pop/rock/funk" approach to using the B3, and is well worth listening to.
