cnegrad
Hi all, Is anyone here using the Dan Dean Bluthner sample library? I notice that it was George Duke's favorite piano library. But it's been around for quite some time. How does it hold up to the current crop of pianos?
ADino
Is that the one with the demo's by Russel Ferranti among others? I was very interested in this, if it is indeed the same. Came out a few years ago, thought it had a different name. But it was def a Bluthner. Never got a chance to try it. Be interesting if someone could post a review on it. Dana.
I think it's also known as Bluthner Digital Model One.
cnegrad
Yes, that's the one. I believe that it also goes by the acronym BDMO. Tons of rave reviews from name players, but those could be "paid endorsements". I was hoping someone here could speak from personal experience, especially since it's been around for awhile. Anyone? Dana.
Everyone knows Steinway and Yamaha. Not everyone knows Bluthner (or Bechstein or Mason & Hamlin or...).
