Eric Jx
Forgive me if this is somewhat spam-ish. I know many of you are active in church, as a MD or otherwise. I thought I'd share with you a website I've developed to assist with managing volunteers (HelpTime.com). The basic premise is you create an event, and list tasks that need to be done for that event. You can then email out a link to a signup sheet, and volunteers can take responsibility for a task with one click. I've found that its a much better way to work than the alternative (dozens of emails back and forth between volunteers). It's been successfully used by churchs, PTAs, childrens sports leagues, etc...It's free. It's there if you need it. Suggested improvements are welcome.
