Outkaster Posted October 14, 2011 Share Posted October 14, 2011 My girls daughter is good in music and does not really have to try. At 13 she reads both clefs well and started on violin. Then she took lessons from a guy that works out of his house on piano. I got her an old upright to start out at, had it tuned and regulated so she would have something to practice on. We also have Leslie in the house (mine) but she is not interested in Hammonds yet. She has real good musical instincts but it has to be developed. My big concern is that she stay focused and get off her phone and fuckin Facebook. I think kids need to be regulated that way. There is a big dark side to the internet for kids I think.
