Otherwise they are a great way to obtain a 60-day interest-free loan, if you time things correctly.....! Anyone who: 1) Carries a credit card balance 2) Considers a Tax Refund a windfall 3) Invests significant money into a depreciating asset (i.e., a $5000 car stereo) really needs a reeducation with regard to money and finances.
