Legatoboy
yah! i knowd dis piece! "Ruth Underwood is sle-eping"! I love the atonality of it... it's fairly old .... 70's? It's similar to his orchestral pieces.... I went to Lincoln Center to hear them about 16 years ago! very similar but they become much more diverse and Rube Goldberg-esque. A cross between the grotesque and the hilarious! very formal night in it's own way, he was still alive! who played tHat?... might well have been Tommy Mars! Zappa was wow-ed by Tommy Mars and he is named appropriately. He's was described in Zappa's true autobiography as being a 'no mountain's too high' type of musician (pianist) and supposed to be into everything! I'd be curious to know who played that CP-50, YC 73, FP-80, PX5-S, NE-5d61, Kurzweil SP6, XK-3, CX-3, Hammond XK-3, Yamaha YUX Upright, '66 B3/Leslie 145/
