Gary75
Can anyone tell me what the Behringer NR100 pedal is like? It's very cheap, but someone recommended a while ago me using a Boss NS-2. Any thoughts, or maybe it would be an idea to send it over the guitar forum seeing as it si a guitar with keys essentially.
ABECK
How about installing humbuckers? It's a bit pricy (I think clavinet.com has them for $350 a set). They should help with the noise.
burningbusch
The Behringer might do fine. I've just used basic noise gates that shut up the buzz. Note, while it might be tempting, don't put an Electro 61 on top of the Clav. The power supply of the Electro is perfectly centered over the pickup and creates such a buzz I couldn't gate it. I've used other keyboards on top without issue. Busch.
mate stubb
How to reduce clavinet buzz: Line the inner cavity with tin foil, grounded. Don't put a transformer from another instrument anywhere near it. Power it from battery instead of the cheap adapter. Moe ---
