Gifthorse
I was just browsing the VHT site and I came across some cool clips of thier new amp 'Deliverance'. It is a 1 channel high gain amp not unlike a JCM 800. Anyways the coolest clip is David Torn low gain improv. I love the tone he is getting. I could live with that! http://flagshipmile.dmusic.com/ http://www.myspace.com/gifthorse

Caevan O’Shite
VHT makes some excellent sounding amps, and I've long dug David Torn's playing; so, clonking on that was a no-brainer, fersher. Great stringy gritchy tone with beautiful feedback characteristics (lotsa 5th 'n' octave overtones swelling 'n' blossoming in there); nice tastey wang-bar gurgling playing with that unique touch by Mr. Torn. Cool! I'll have to check out Torn's "High-Gain Wanky"-clip on that 'page later on, too... Gifthorse
Yeah that guy is a badass, but the tone he is playing through is ungodlike!! I am looking for a tone like this. Very dynamic. I always go sick about the Cl series but this sounds really similar. http://flagshipmile.dmusic.com/ http://www.myspace.com/gifthorse
