And in a related note, if you do use a pick then a tighter string spacing is way cool. I have a couple 4 strings that I rebooted as 5 strings with Schaller roller bridges set to narrow as they'll go. Work very well with a pick (though i seldom pick up a pick). A real bassist wouldn't do that. Maybe a failed guitarist would...â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦.

Sounds like an Akai UB1 Unibass pedal.

I have one but haven't used it much yet (not applicable to current band) I really like the simple built in compressor. Very aggressive distortion that takes a bit of monkeying around with.

Since everyone else here are being slackers, the punishment is one from me. This tells the tale of a pair chipmunks. Not your ordinarly pedestrian chipmunks strolling thought the forest, these are chipmunks who made it to the big city but have fallen prey to the big city's wiles.
