I have used mine for years.  I attached a piece of that non-slip stuff between the legs, which folds up with the stand. My pedals stay put!

[New Studiologic Numa X Piano]

My new favourite single keyboard rig - Numa X piano 73 with GSI Gemini desktop and D9X controller ( which I built from a kit ).  The MIDI controller features on the Numa X are amazing and I love the TP110 action.  I have VB3II as well as all of the modeled and sampled sounds from the Gemini and controlling everything is really simple.  The audio from the Gemini  feeds into the Numa X so I have one set of cables to my powered monitors.  Everything packs into one suitcase and the Numa X fits in a 61 note gig bag.  I use a K&M 18880 stand. It's an easy load in and setup with a small stage footprint. Just awesome!!!

The Studiologic triple pedal is a great piece of gear. Very robust and much more affordable than the Nord triple pedal. It offers all of the functions you'd expect with a triple pedal and can also be configured to change patches hands free.

I use an XR12 on stage and I have an XR18 in my studio. The 18 has the built in audio interface. They have both performed well and share the same preamps as the Midas stuff. I've never used any other Behringer products but these two are holding up and sound great.

[Nord Stage 3 vs. the rest]

I had a Nord Stage EX 76HA and the action was very nice. It was a heavy lift. I sold it and bought a Stage 2 EX HA76, which has the TP100 action.  Not quite as nice to play piano on but the keyboard is much lighter to lift. I personally don't mind the TP100 although I now have a Numa X with TP110 and I like it better. Also a nice light lift.

I have learned to press and hold the power switch for a moment. That seems to help. I asked Gianni if they could possibly include auto power on in a firmware update. We'll see.

Al, I'm really looking forward to your review on the YC73, I can't put my hands on one to try the action. I had a YC61 and mostly liked it but I don't want a 61 key unweighted.

Using my ipad with the Numa X 73 I'm able to have B3X and Module running on different midi channels. I can bring up either or both by assigning two of the four zones to the different midi channels. Again - one cable!

No latency noticeable and you can definitely do what you  ask about with external midi sounds.

[Broke out my Invisible Stand]

Mine Invisible stand is currently set up in my studio and is holding up my NS3C and my NumaX 73. I use pieces of that non-slip matting to stop keyboards from sliding around, it works great! I gigged it for years but these days  I use a K&M 18880 with second tier for gigs, I have mounted a mic boom on it too. Mojo 61 on the bottom, whatever needed on top.

The flat top and front mounted controls on the Mojo 61 mean I can slide it under the top keyboard and get the keybeds close.

I have owned 5 Stages since the original came out and I have never been annoyed by the fixed split points.  I always know at a glance where they are and I have no problem working with the points they have chosen.  If I can choose the split point I can forget exactly where it is, I like this system better. As always,   my $0.02 CAD.......
