  1. I agree with Mr. Pink's view on tipping from the intro scene of Reservoir Dogs (foul language warning):
  2. I sold my soul to PS3...I haven't taken my Sterling out to play in more than a week!
  3. "Who wants an orange whip? Orange Whip? Orange Whip? Three Orange Whips!"
  4. Things on my Desk White Out Empty Rolodex The Paper Clips Cold Coffee
  5. Well played... I was bought a PS3 for my birthday, 80gb model. Since I do not own a DVD player, my computer is on the fritz, and my undying love for video games makes this a great little box to own. Speaking of little boxes, I bought a Line 6 Lowdown Studio 110 on craigslist for dirt cheap due to the carpet being destroyed by the previous owners cats in some areas. Those cats saved me a lot of money.
  6. Yeah, and the string spacing is wide enough you can add that fifth string you seek
  7. Spacely Sprocket's Pocket Rockets
  8. I don't know why I go on the Ric forums, maybe just for humor. Check out this small thread on a misaligned neck pickup. The last response: Classic. I imagine this thread will be locked soon...
  9. It's funny how something can snowball like that, from a benefit concert to a full-blown county service, good stuff moot. I've been jonesin' for a Nash p-bass, hopefully the GAS passes...
  10. EDIT...I won't say what I was gonna post... Has anyone heard anything from Vince (KramerFerringtonIII)? Haven't seen/heard anything from him in ages.
  11. Ric's are now in stock on Musiciansfriend.com. Not that I would buy one at that exorbitant price tag, just spreading the word.
  12. Note to self: do not open up "Informal Drop In OT Thread" with coffee in hand...
  13. I've never paid (directly) for a cell phone (just signed contracts). One of the things I got for my birthday a few weeks ago was a barely used LG enV that my stepfather had just upgraded from. It was an upgrade from my Razor V3. Ok, so it wasn't so much a birthday present as a "since you're here, do you want this?" I switched over to Verzion about 6 months back and got the enV2 for about $50 (2 sets of bass strings for those that compute prices in musical items). I recently was playing around with a friend's enV and it couldn't hang with its second-generation brethren (enV2). Don't get me wrong, the enV was revolutionary in its text-happy goodness, but the enV2 just took it to another level, fo' sho'.
