My brain insists it's an intro to a mid-tempo big band/swing standard. Does anyone recognise it, or have I been imagining it all my life? Cheers, Mike. What you have here sounds pretty much like a generic big-band-y intro to any number of swingers in Bb. Did you try humming or playing it into any of the song-recognition softwares?
