30687, I agree with Chad on his main points: that I also like a complete package and don't have an ideal "type", but that I too tend to garvitate toward a more natural body type with curves. When I wrote on body type preferences, I was trying to stress that I find what is held up as the ideal of beauty in this society to be not just unrealistic and unhealthy, but not even very attractive. Basically, I've never been truly attracted to anyone that I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time with. I find a woman with a sense of humor, intelligence, confidence, personality, and what conventional society refers to as an "average" appearance much sexier than the stereotypically dizzy bombshell. Like previous posters, I find Joan Jett and Janeane Garafalo more "my type", physically and mentally, than, say, Britney Spears or Kathy Ireland, because they bring to the table not just outward beauty (which they do in spades, IMHO); they also possess inner, more valuable assets.
