Mark Zeger Posted July 25, 2001 Share Posted July 25, 2001 The very idea that there should be a Beck model Martin is made more ridiculous by the concurrent announcement of a Mark Knopfler model Martin. Hmmm...Beck...Knopfler...yeah, I'd say their design opinions carry about the same weight in the guitar world. Maybe Ibanez is the only company to at least offer a new guitar design/concept when they do a "signature" model, like the George Benson or Pat Metheny models.
