bluesdisciple
Hey all, I have come across someone selling a General Music Equinox workstation. I have heard that this is decent board. Anyone here have any experience with one and if so, what is it like? Are the patches good and how is the Hammond emulation--the descriptions I've read talk about sliders for drawbars and a bevy of options. Whatchyall know about this one? BD 1956 Hammond C3 with Leslie 122, Roland V-Combo, Trek II Preamp, Peavey KB 100, 1976 Natural Maple Rickenbacker 4001S bass And yes folks, I do gig with a Casio WK 3700...So there! Moonglow
Ive never cared much for GEM's Hammond emulations. Love their grand pianos, however. BTW, the Equinox has the "Pro 1" piano sounds built into it, not the (much improved) "Pro 2" as some press I've seen erroneously implies. I would also ask questions about reliability; it seems I recall hearing some things concerning this issue.
