bloodyMary
I'm quite sure there are some very experienced players here who can give useful advice on the topic. As far as I understand, playing keys, just like every physical exercise, demands some warm-up/stretching before and after, to reduce risk of typical musician's injuries, and to simply improve the performance. I found little info on the net, so if you have something to say - I'd appreciate it a lot. gangsu
A coffee in the morning, a beer at night? If you do stretch your fingers, for example RH finger 5/C8 to finger 4/D7 etc.. make sure you shake them out afterwards. Sit up, stretch your arms up high over your head, and bring them down without letting your ribcage drop, and you'll just feel strong and able. "........! Try to make It..REAL! compared to what? ! ! !
