lawst
Unfortunately your gonna be very limited with such a low budget and second hand is probably your only option if you decide to go down the hardware route. How many keys do you need? What kind of sounds are you looking for? i.e. piano, strings etc or synth sounds you may also want to look in to getting a midi controller keyboard and a couple of soft synths but it depends on what your going to be using the keyboard for... soundscape
Get an E-mu Xboard 61. They even come with a software version of E-mu's 'old' hardware complete with tons of samples from E-mu's library. (Proteus X.) http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/page/shop/flypage/product_id/13886

soundscape
I would guess you could get tons of different sounds out of the Proteus X software. E-mu once made modules that were very popular and used on many recordings. 71 keys for £150?! That's 'stretching' it a bit! (Pun not really intended.)
