I've heard for most of my adult music career that this guy is the man for learning bebop and how to get into changes, yet there is not one single bit of information on the web as to how he does it. Can anybody shed any light into this? I've been spending a lot of my time lately trying to get "into" the changes, and much has been said about his exercises on common tunes (rhythm changes, Autumn Leaves, Giant Steps, etc.), but nothing else. I once played with a guy that took from him - he talked about him in the same way an evangelical would discuss Jesus, so is this guy onto something we should know?
