Long story short,they are requiring you to send money to them BEFORE they send you your supposed "winnings". Number one rule in sweepstakes/lotto/contests-You NEVER send money to claim your prize-Not EVER.That is the FIRST sign of a scam. I thought about reporting them but what is the use?This probably the only effective way to shut these guys down-by WOM. Don't waste your time with these crooks- And if you can please get the word out by cutting and pasting this message on every board that you frequent Thank you! The only catch is you need to send them the super secret code number along with the fee before they pay out.
