alcohol_
Has anyone made or found OMS patch names for the Motif? Will it work? I haven't checked the MIDI implementation page yet. I'm just curious before I go ahead and make an OMS names file for the 1000+ Motif patches.
Sven Golly
This might help. http://motifator.com/mart/files_sw.htm Cheers, SG
alcohol_
Thanks, but there isn't what I need there. I've started making an OMS names file for the Motif by hand. Is there a depository of OMS Names files I can send it to when I'm finished?
Sven Golly
Are you not able to use the Excel spreadsheet of patch names at the bottom of that page, at least? Save you some typing? That's the extent of my ability to help, not using OMS Names files personally. You might want to visit the forums on http://www.motifator.com though, and ask the same question. alcohol_
I'm using a Mac and I don't have DataViz or Microsoft Excel, so while what you're suggesting might work it might not work for me. Also, the data sheet I downloaded and opened in BBEdit has different patch names than what is in my computer. Thanks though!
