icequeen Posted October 18, 2004 Share Posted October 18, 2004 I am new here. I have a Yamaha Acoustic piano. I do play music but want to get more into keyboard. So I am edging into it...want to know which I should buy. Best Buy has DGX505 with the USB etc. I have an Apple Computer. Is it compatible? They all talk about PCs. And also Sam's Club has the DGX500 with a bench, an adapter and headphones. But I have A G4 Dual Processor 15" laptop but a 20" Cinema Display and wonder if the 505 is compatible with Apple. I am learning. Help....the 500 has floppy disc capability, but of course the apple just has DVD/CD slot. So I think I should go with 505. Give me your thoughts.
