Is there something that they need to do? If so, could you please post it here so that anyone else having this problem can also remedy it? Yes, that would be cruel justice, eh? When the server switchover occurred, I did have to re-log in or the first time in many moons. But I did it, it worked, and now you get the benefit of...me. On the screen after you try to log in click on "I don't know my password" or whatever it says and type in your email address.
