Michael Jones
Virtuoso 2000 I have the chance to pick one up at a good price. I was wondering if anyone has had any first hand experience with this mod. There is also a Peter Siedlaczek Advanced Orchestra sound rom available for the mods and I am curious if anyone has had any experience with those as well. Thanks in advance Michael "I may be a craven little coward, but I'm a greedy craven little coward." Daffy Duck
stefanos
I tested one at a shop when it just came out. And i must say i wasn't impressed with it. Think the sounds where to synthy to me. And the price too high. But offcourse if you can get it at a really low price , why not? The peter siedlaczeks AO aren't bad. Even thought all the new expensive libraries been made these days are much better. AO is a good starter soundkit if you can get it at a good price..........Even thought i only heared the akai version and not the emu. But those are probably the same. Maybe you would be better of buying a software sampler and getting a few sample libraries?? It's all about the money
RABid
From all the customer reviews I have read it was "almost" good. Problems with loop points and patches hurt the otherwise good product. It never quite topped the Roland JV with orchestral expantion boards. Robert This post edited for speling.
