Hey there?

i just bought a used PF80 and need help with bank changes in MIDI using an Alesis Nanosynth. I know that I cannot access anything over 99, but what about bank changes?

Any help is appreciated!!

I'm confused - you want to send bank changes to the nS from the PF80?

If so, that may not be possible - the PF80 is pretty old IIRC, and may not support bank change messages.

Thanks Dave,

Yes,I'm trying to do bank changes. There is a program change function, but no clear bank change function. What is IIRC?

As I said, I think it's because the PF80 is old. I think you may be out of luck as far as sending bank change messages to the nS.

It is an acronym for if I recall correctly.
