FORUM CD: Rate "Issimo"

As many of you know, we are attempting to compile a CD's worth of material submitted by members of this forum.

 

In order to do this, we have posted the entries for consideration and evaluation by all of the members of the forum, whether or not they have contributed a piece.

Please go there, and evaluate the piece called "Issimo", submitted by Stefan Weibel. Please post your comments on that tune in this thread. This link will take you directly to this piece.

Better late than never. I finally got a chance to download and listen to the cd compilation tunes this weekend. It was pretty awe inspiring. I am still on a high about the great talent we have rubbing shoulders here.

 

Lovely drum work, especially as it starts out. I like the lush sounds you are using. Interesting chord progression. Reminds me of some New Wave bands like Talk Talk, but more interesting. This is just me, but the song cuts off at about 208 seconds. Dont know if that was a download problem, or if you intended to fade it out. Based on the piano part,. I am guessing you want to fade it out between 170 and 205.

The MP3 is 268s long so I don't know if it cuts off while streaming (I downloaded it and had no problems).
