For me every synth is beautifull in it`s own way. But if I have to choose I think it`s going to be Yamaha line of synths http://www.musicplayer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

There were a couple-

The Moog Source. Ugly little tater, that.

The Akai's when they went to that baby-shit brown case. What were they thinking?

Pretty much anything early Ensoniq. They screamed: "CHEAP!"

Early Korgs. Those front-mounted buttons below the keyboards. Please! Add the Poly-800, too.

Sequential Circuits Max, MultiTrack, Six-Traks, and Split-Eight. You could tell they were on the way down.

Siel DK-80. 'Nuff said.

Oh, and any of those strap-on synths. They just look so Vegas!

Setup: Korg Kronos 61, Roland XV-88, Korg Triton-Rack, Motif-Rack, Korg N1r, Alesis QSR, Roland M-GS64 Yamaha KX-88, KX76, Roland Super-JX, E-Mu Longboard 61, Kawai K1II, Kawai K4.

The Yamaha DX-7 first and the Oxford OsCar secondly.

They are brown! They match a living room for 60+ seniors perfectly, but a synth must have a touch of future-techno Blade Runner style.
