peavey spectrum vs. e-mu b3

I'm shopping around for a b3 module, and heard some good things about the peavey spectrum. I will be using the sounds strictly for recording and would like to know how the peavey stacks up to other modules, i.e. voce, roland, e-mu. Also, will i be able to use a roland jx3p as a controller? thanks.

If you are only going to use it for recording and you have a computer in your studio, you might want to consider auditioning Native Instruments B4 software.

Download the demo version at:

I think it kicks the daylights out of any Hammond emulation that I have ever used, and the price point is quite attractive.

If you poke around the back pages of this forum, you will find a few other threads on organs, organ emulation and organ modules.
