Looking for something like a triton that also has preprogrammed drum patterns, etc for live performance. not a cheesy 1 finger chord deal...just some patterns, etc... does this exist? is that what the new Korg is? Guest Posted February 1, 2001 Share Posted February 1, 2001 I don't know whether you're talking about the PA-80 Professional Arranger or the Karma (the first is greyish, the latter is cranberry red). The first is for cheesy style stuff but is very advanced. It's not carried by many people because in the states it's a niche item. The second is the product trying to escape that niche and is very interesting, using the sounds of the Triton. I think you're talking about that.. you can read more about it in the thread "Namm gear we want to hear about" which has DB's post about the Karma.
