teh dri Posted May 9, 2005 Share Posted May 9, 2005 Ive picked up a SPD6 to use live and in the studio, mostly to trigger samples via midi which is great having it hooked up to my MPC (drum samplers/sequencer) which in turn can midi thru to my laptop for Battery (drum sampler software). problem is the thing is a piece of &%&*$ to program, with no LCD and a simple manual, nothing too cryptic but an annoyance all the same. I dont suppose there is some form of an editor for it? Does it respond to MIDI PC, CC and NRPNs? Oh and if anyone cares i bought it for $300 Australia second hand... a fair enough price but on the top end of fair. Thats around $232 USA... still fundamentally overpriced for such a basic peizo-to-midi convertor, which is all it is to me... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
