mwestenberg
Heard Deep Purple last night, and I gotta say that Ian Paice still rocks big time! I especially dug the snare work that wasn't all 4-on-the-floor stuff. He seems to be in very good shape for however old he is. Lyrics. Wasted space between solos. I can't tell you, but I can play it for you.
coyote
He's one of the best. He comes from a time when rockers could still swing (like Mitch Mitchell and Carl Palmer and others), and like them he knows how to be exciting. I used to think I was Libertarian. Until I saw their platform; now I know I'm no more Libertarian than I am RepubliCrat or neoCON or Liberal or Socialist. This ain't no track meet; this is football. alfonso
Never heard more punch, musicality and cleverness at the same time in a rock drummer. My favourite rock drummer ever. Guess the Amp .... now it's finished... Here it is!

Bill G.
"Never heard more punch, musicality and cleverness at the same time in a rock drummer. For all other catagories: Akira Jimbo first, then Steve Gadd. - Bill
